If your order includes a jersey with a name, number, or patch that does not originally come on the jersey, this may delay fulfillment by approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the player or patch.
However, if we already have that player name-set or patch in stock, your order may ship much sooner. Since we rely on the official brand supplier for licensed name-sets and patches, delays can occasionally occur for customized items.
All orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (handling time). Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, and express shipping options are available at checkout.
Please note: Choosing express shipping does not shorten the handling time for customized jerseys.
