Jude Bellingham


ude Bellingham, born on June 29, 2003, in Stourbridge, England, is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Real Madrid and the England national team. He began his career at Birmingham City, becoming the club's youngest first-team player at 16. In July 2020, he transferred to Borussia Dortmund, where he made 132 appearances and won the DFB-Pokal in the 2020–21 season. His performances earned him the Bundesliga Player of the Season award for 2022–23. In June 2023, Bellingham signed with Real Madrid for a fee of €103 million, becoming the sixth Englishman to join the club in the professional era. 

At Real Madrid, Bellingham quickly established himself as a key player. In his debut season, he became the club's top league scorer with 19 goals and 6 assists, helping them secure the La Liga title and the UEFA Champions League. His outstanding performance earned him the La Liga Player of the Season award. He also made history by becoming the first Real Madrid player to score in each of his first four Champions League appearances. In the 2024–25 season, he continued his impressive form, providing an assist for Kylian Mbappé's debut goal in the European Super Cup and scoring in six consecutive La Liga matches, a feat last achieved by Karim Benzema in 2016.

Internationally, Bellingham has been a vital part of the England national team since his debut in November 2020. He represented England in UEFA Euro 2020, the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and UEFA Euro 2024. In Euro 2024, he scored a crucial 95th-minute overhead kick against Slovakia to tie the match, which England eventually won. His performances have earned him numerous accolades, including the 2023 Golden Boy award and the 2024 Laureus World Sports Award for Breakthrough of the Year. Off the pitch, Bellingham has become a prominent figure, securing endorsement deals with brands like Adidas, Lucozade, and Louis Vuitton, and appearing as the cover star for EA Sports FC 25.
