- All customized jerseys are final sale. Customized meaning we added a patch and or name/number that does not originally come on the jersey.
- Items must be in NEW condition. Try on items indoors; do not play in them.
- Apparel items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Do not use the original shoe box or packaging as a shipping box. Because we want all customers to have a great experience, we can't resell items if they aren't in new condition, including the box, packaging and original manufacturer tags.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Proof of purchase can be your email confirmation, the packing slip received with the shipment, or your order number.
- When returning items, you will receive a postage-paid label for your return. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund. Alternately, you may choose a shipping carrier of your choice for your return.

I paid expedited shipping fee only to have them take a week to initially process the order to finally be shipped, and the shipping time frame once sent was still an extra day than expected, so do not order if you need anything in less than 2 or 3 weeks. They took several days to reply to my email, and I only received a generic, insincere reply. One item I ordered was out of stock and it took over a week for them to refund my money (so I could finally purchase elsewhere). I will never buy from them again. Be warned: customer service is not a priority.
