 How do I return an item?

VERY IMPORTANT!
COMPLETE THE RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM AND INCLUDE IT IN YOUR SHIPMENT!

This will expedite the processing of your request. 

  • For a refund, the item(s) must be in NEW and in SELLABLE condition. All apparel items need their original tags. TRY ALL ITEMS ON INDOORS. DO NOT PLAY IN THEM. THEY MUST BE IN NEW AND in SELLABLE CONDITION. This means (a) you haven't worn it to a Halloween party and are trying to return it (b) your dog didn't try to eat it (c) it smells like perfume, cologne, cigarette smoke, or any other noticeable odor that new stuff shouldn't smell like.

 

  • All customized apparel is not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes both namesets and patches on any type of apparel. These were specifically customized for you and therefore cannot be returned. Please be sure of your size and customization options before placing an order.

 

  • Returns made over 30 days will not be accepted.

 

  • Shipping cost will NOT be refunded after item has been sent out.

  • Proof of purchase required for all returns. If you don't have proof of purchase we will not be able to offer a refund or credit. Proof of purchase is your email confirmation, the packing slip received with the shipment, or your order number.

 

  • All items returned must be shipped so that the item you're shipping is not damaged during transit. We recommend that shoes be shipped in either a box or thick construction paper. Shoes or other items shipped using the original shoe box as a shipping box will not be accepted or returned. Because we want all customers to have a great experience, we won't sell returned items as "new items" if they aren't in new condition - including the box and original manufacturer tags.
  • Please return shoes in their original shoe box placed INSIDE a shipping box.
  • Defective items can be returned within 60 days for a replacement or refund. Please note that natural wear and tear is not considered a defect. 

     

    Credit to your account is based on the amount of time the item was used before the defect occurred:

     

    0-30 Days: 100% credit
    30+ Days: Not accepted

    Defect orders over 60 days must contact the manufacturer directly regarding defects. SoccerWearhouse.com is not responsible for the manufacturer's decision to accept or reject your request to replace a defective item.

  • International Returns & Exchanges - Any item returned from international addresses for exchange will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense by US Postal Service Parcel Post and may require 2-3 weeks for delivery. If the customer prefers an expedited return shipping service it would be at their own cost.

 

  • Team Order Returns & Exchanges - For returns and exchanges on any team order there is a 15% restocking fee on all refunds. Shipping back to Soccer Wearhouse is paid for by the customer.

 

  • Clearance and on sale items are not eligible for returns. Exchanges are allowed.

Any item marked as CLEARANCE or ON SALE is not considered for any refund unless the item is found to be defective within 60 days of purchase.
