RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

We hope you love your purchase, but if you don't, we're happy to process an exchange order or issue you a refund. Please read details below. Thank you!

  • DO NOT USE A SHOE BOX AS A SHIPPING BOX AND MAIL IT BACK THAT WAY. This will result in a non-refund and item will be shipped back to you.
  • All purchases have a 30-day return policy. Returns over 30 days will not be accepted.
  • All customized jerseys are final sale. Customized meaning we added a patch and or name/number that does not originally come on the jersey.
  • Items must be in NEW condition. Try on items indoors; do not play in them.
  • Apparel items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Do not use the original shoe box or packaging as a shipping box. Because we want all customers to have a great experience, we can't resell items if they aren't in new condition, including the box, packaging and original manufacturer tags.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Proof of purchase can be your email confirmation, the packing slip received with the shipment, or your order number.
  • When returning items, you will receive a postage-paid label for your return. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund. Alternately, you may choose a shipping carrier of your choice for your return. 

What about defective or flawed items?

  • Defective items can be returned within 60 days for a replacement or refund in the form of store credit. Please note that natural wear and tear is not considered a defect.
  • Contact the manufacturer directly for defective items over 60 days. SoccerWearhouse.com is not responsible for the manufacturer's decision to accept or reject your request to replace a defective item.

What about sale or clearance items?

  • Clearance and sale items are not eligible for returns. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days.

Can I return or exchange team orders?

  • Yes, team orders can be returned or exchanged. There is a 15% restocking fee on all refunds. Shipping back to Soccer Wearhouse is paid for by the customer.

Can I return customized apparel?

  • Customized apparel is not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes both namesets and patches on any type of apparel. These were specifically customized for you and therefore cannot be returned. Please be sure of your size and customization options before placing an order.

Can I exchange items on international orders?

  • Exchanges going to international addresses will be shipped at the customer's expense via US Postal Service Parcel Post and may require 2-3 weeks for delivery. The customer may request expedited shipping for an additional cost.
