When I went to pick up my online order at the soccer warehouse store in Corona; It was a very hot day, and I had all 4 of my daughters sleeping. I called and asked if the associate could come outside and hand me my package as taking out 4 sleepy girls under 6 on a hot day is not ideal. The associate coldly declines. The associate states that it is imperative that I attend inside, and no accommodations can be met. I went inside and all I had to do was sign a binder. No showing ID, not an order number only a signature on a binder. The associate could have gone outside and took the binder and gave me my package. My husband was not pleased that they could not accommodate with the simplest request. Because of this awful experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.
