- DO NOT USE A SHOE BOX AS A SHIPPING BOX AND MAIL IT BACK THAT WAY. This will result in a non-refund and item will be shipped back to you.
- All purchases have a 30-day return policy. Returns over 30 days will not be accepted.
- All customized jerseys are final sale. Customized meaning we added a patch and or name/number that does not originally come on the jersey.
- Items must be in NEW condition. Try on items indoors; do not play in them.
- Apparel items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Do not use the original shoe box or packaging as a shipping box. Because we want all customers to have a great experience, we can't resell items if they aren't in new condition, including the box, packaging and original manufacturer tags.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Proof of purchase can be your email confirmation, the packing slip received with the shipment, or your order number.
- When returning items, you will receive a postage-paid label for your return. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund. Alternately, you may choose a shipping carrier of your choice for your return.
