He wears 21 for Germany.

Alexander Nübel went to the 2026 World Cup as one of Germany's three goalkeepers wearing No. 21. The shirts on this page are the Germany 2026 home and away, and there is a detail about buying a keeper's nameset that nobody explains, so it is worth starting there.
Goalkeepers play in their own colorway, separate from both outfield squads, and those shirts are made in far smaller runs. National team keeper kits are rarely produced with player printing at all. So when supporters buy a keeper's shirt, they almost always put the nameset on the outfield jersey, which is exactly what is stocked here. If you want an actual keeper shirt to play in, the goalkeeper jerseys collection covers club and country options in adult and youth sizing, and pairs with goalkeeper gloves.
Three builds carry his nameset: the 2026 home in white with black detailing, the authentic home in the same colorway, and the away in navy. The home replica uses adidas AEROREADY in a relaxed cut with a sewn-on crest. The authentic uses HEAT.RDY, runs slim, and carries a heat-applied crest at match specification.
These particular shirts will not be reprinted. adidas and the German Football Association are ending a partnership that has run for more than seventy years, with Nike taking the contract in 2027, which makes the 2026 kits the final adidas Germany jerseys ever produced. The full squad range sits in the Germany World Cup 2026 collection.
Nubel joined Bayern Munich from Schalke on a free transfer in 2020 and won the Bundesliga, the Club World Cup, the UEFA Super Cup and the German Supercup in his first season there, across four appearances. Manuel Neuer was not moving, so Nubel went on loan to Monaco and then to Stuttgart, where he became one of the best goalkeepers in the league and won the DFB-Pokal in 2024/25. He has now made 145 Bundesliga appearances.
In July 2026 he left Bayern permanently for Besiktas, six years after arriving as the man expected to replace Neuer.
Soccer Wearhouse carries the Alexander Nubel collection across the Germany 2026 home and away kits in replica and authentic builds, with namesets pressed in house. US orders over $99 ship free.
