Most women's soccer cleats are unisex models sold in men's sizes with a women's equivalent. Nike's rule is that, for the same cleat, the women's US size is the men's US size plus 1.5, so a men's 7 is a women's 8.5. adidas and Puma don't give a single conversion we could confirm across every model, and some older Nike models list sizes differently too. Whatever the brand, check the M and W size label on each product before you order, or try a pair in one of our stores.
Some cleats are designed specifically with women players in mind. Nike called the original Phantom Luna (2023) its most thoughtful women's-led design, developed over more than two years of research, testing, and design, with a Cyclone 360 circular stud pattern near the toes aimed at reducing rotational traction.

Nike says its Tiempo and Phantom cleats offer a more natural, wider fit, and recommends sizing up half a size in the Mercurial if you have wider feet. Nike also describes the Phantom 6 as having plenty of volume in the toe box. Fit varies by line, so trying a few models is the surest way to find yours.
