• Would report to Anaheim Location

• Soccer knowledgeable 
• Level of Education: Highschool Diploma 
• Show professionalism in person and over the phone 
• Common knowledge of email etiquette 
• Adequate on Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Shopify Preferred 
• Proactive in the work environment
• Punctual and Reliable
• Must have transportation

Job Duties: 

• Assisting customers via phone and email
• Handling and shipping orders in a timely manner
• Working in a high speed work environment 
• Upholding the basic office standard supplies and office supply management
• Assisting with inventory management and product stock
• Handling returns & exchanges for web orders
• Assisting our local retail locations with any needs
• Heat-Pressing name and number on jerseys with precision and accuracy
• Upholding the basic office cleanliness 
• Part-time with potential to full-time 
• 60 day probation period
