Mercurial is the largest line on this page, led by the Superfly 10 Elite and Vapor 16 Elite. Nike built the Vapor 16 Elite with a 3/4-length Air Zoom unit, a Flyknit upper combined with Gripknit to form what was, at its 2024 launch, the thinnest Mercurial upper, and chevron and blade studs.

The Nike Phantom 6 Elite, launched in June 2025, uses a Gripknit upper with a sticky texture for grip on the ball, a Cyclone 360 circular traction pattern to help you plant and pivot, and Ghost Lacing that covers the laces once you tie up. The High version adds a sock-like collar.

The Nike Tiempo Legend 10 Elite, from 2023, uses FlyTouch Plus, a soft, light synthetic leather. The Tiempo Maestro Elite, released in January 2026 and worn by Jamal Musiala, uses TECHLEATHER, which Nike says is softer than traditional leather, on a Maestro360 split plate that lets the upper wrap around the arch. Most cleats here are firm ground, with two AG-Pro models for artificial grass and one SG-Pro for wet, muddy fields. Nike describes the Mercurial fit as snug and suggests half a size up if you prefer it looser. Nike says the Phantom 6 fits true to size, and that Phantom and Tiempo work well for players with wide feet.
